Terms & Conditions

Clear terms for better partnerships.

These Terms & Conditions define the working relationship between 075codes.com and our clients for digital strategy, web development, marketing, and technical project engagement.

1. Scope of services

075codes.com provides design, development, integration, SEO, GEO, technical consulting, and digital growth services as described in the project proposal, statement of work, or quote accepted by the client.

2. Project process

Once a project is approved, both parties will agree on deliverables, milestones, timelines, and communication expectations. Delays caused by missing content, late feedback, unavailable access, or decision bottlenecks may extend timelines and affect deadlines.

We work best when stakeholders provide prompt feedback and clear decision-making authority during each phase of the project.

3. Fees and payments

Fees are agreed in writing before work begins and are calculated according to project scope, timeline, and required support. Invoices are due according to the payment terms stated in the proposal or contract.

Failure to make timely payments may lead to pause of work, suspension of delivery, or termination of the engagement.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client retains ownership of brand assets, business content, and any provided materials that are not created by 075codes.com.

We retain ownership of our templates, frameworks, source code patterns, and internal methodologies used in delivering services, unless explicitly transferred under a separate agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the project. This includes business plans, technical specs, pricing details, customer insight, and non-public operational information. Each party will use such information only for the purpose of the engagement and will not disclose it without permission, except where legally required.

6. Warranties and limitations

We aim to deliver professional, high-quality work in line with the agreed scope and timeline. Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis apart from the express commitments outlined in the contract.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, goodwill, or revenue, unless caused by gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement if the other materially breaches the agreement and does not remedy the issue after receiving written notice. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for fees for work completed and any approved commitments already incurred.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the agreement is executed, without regard to conflict of law principles. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels in that jurisdiction.
