1. Purpose

This policy exists to encourage the reporting of concerns related to fraud, corruption, discrimination, harassment, policy violations, legal breaches, or any conduct that threatens the integrity of our work and relationships.

2. How to report

Reports may be made confidentially to a designated contact, direct manager, company leadership, or via the official email channel established for this purpose.

We encourage people to report concerns promptly, factually, and without retaliation. The most helpful reports include dates, locations, parties involved, documents, and any supporting context.

3. Protection from retaliation

No individual should be penalized, dismissed, threatened, or isolated for raising a genuine concern in good faith. Retaliation is a serious violation and will be treated as a disciplinary matter.

4. Investigation process

All concerns will be reviewed seriously and fairly. Where appropriate, the matter may be investigated internally or referred to an external authority. We will maintain confidentiality to the extent reasonably possible while addressing the issue.

5. Confidentiality and trust

We understand that speaking up can be difficult. We are committed to handling each report with discretion, professionalism, and sensitivity while taking appropriate action where warranted.

6. Contact

If you need to raise a concern, please contact tarik.omercehajic@gmail.com with the subject line “Whistleblowing Report”.
